6th District Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs is inviting residents to attend the Garfield’s 502 Rhythm & Blues Festival taking place tomorrow – Saturday, September 13 from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. The R&B fest will span the blocks of Garfield Ave. from MLK Drive to 7th Street.
