Milwaukee, WI: Growing Youth Leadership is a paid summer experience where Milwaukee teens build leadership skills, learn about environmental justice, and work alongside community mentors to improve neighborhoods through gardening, green infrastructure, and community projects. Young people gain job readiness skills, earn income, and contribute to real change in Lindsay Heights and beyond.

Interested youth can apply through the City of Milwaukee’s Earn & Learn participant website. Please visit the Earn & Learn portal, search for “Growing Youth Leadership,” and submit your application today to secure a spot for Summer 2026.

Acceptance notifications will not be sent until several weeks after the application close date.

Please complete this form one time only for each youth applicant. Submitting multiple forms for the same applicant will delay processing.
