PARKING INTRUCTIONS
- The planned parenthood community center has designated parking row next to the Associated Bank, parking there is free, but spaces are limited. If parking area is full, free street parking is available behind the community center on N. 57th street

BYSTADER INTERVENTION:
- Learn the 5 methods of safe bystander intervention
- Practice de-escalation strategies to help reduce conflict
- Recognize when and how to safely intervene during harassment or discrimination
- Prioritize your personal safety while supporting others in different situations
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Come in through the front doors on the Vel R. Philips side of building
- Doors are locked, but a team member will be on standby to open doors at 10:45am
- LIGHT Refreshments will be provided
- Training will have a prompt start time at 11:15am
- If you arrive late, there will be a number posted on the front doors that you can text to let you in

- Turner Hall parking lot is located on the north side of the building on the Highland St. side
- Parking code will be provided upon arrival

- Know how to safely and legally navigate an encounter with law enforcement.
- Learn some of the negative effects our criminal legal system has on our society
- Learn how you can make an impact on decision making, policy and funding
